Every piece of jewellery I create comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and a lifetime guarantee. 

 

Certificate of Authenticity

Your certificate confirms that your jewellery has been individually handcrafted and that any inclusions used are those you have provided.

This certificate is a record of your piece and the care taken in its creation.

 

Lifetime Guarantee

I offer a lifetime guarantee on craftmanship for all jewellery I make.

This means that if there is ever an issue relating to the way your piece was made, I will repair it free of charge.

 

Accidental Damage Repair

I understand that accidents can happen, especially with jewellery that is worn and cherished everyday.

For this reason, I offer an accidental damage repair for a small fee, where repair is possible.

Repairs are assessed individually, and costs typically start from £25, depending on the nature of the damage and the work required.
