How It Works

Creating a piece of keepsake or memorial jewellery is a personal journey.

I’ve designed my process to be gentle, clear, and supportive — so you can move at a pace that feels right for you.

Begin with a conversation

Every piece begins with a conversation.

You’re welcome to start with a free consultation, where we can talk through your ideas, answer any questions, and explore what might be possible. There’s no obligation at this stage — it’s simply a chance to see whether I’m the right person to create your piece.

If you already know what you’d like and feel ready to move forward, you can also choose to book a paid consultation to secure a place in my schedule.

Designing your piece

Once we’ve spoken and decided to move forward, we’ll work together to plan your jewellery.

This includes:

  • discussing materials such as solid gold, solid silver, or silver and leather
  • choosing the style and setting
  • talking through any inclusions and how they’ll be incorporated

Every detail is considered with care, and nothing is rushed.

Creating your keepsake

Your jewellery is then carefully handcrafted by me, with attention given to both craftsmanship and meaning.

I work with a limited number of commissions at a time so that each piece receives the time and care it deserves. I’ll keep you informed throughout the process and let you know when your piece is ready.

Finishing & delivery

Once complete, your jewellery is carefully finished, checked, and prepared for delivery.

Your piece will be securely packaged and sent using a tracked delivery service, so it arrives safely. You’ll receive confirmation once it’s on its way to you.

Each piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and is covered by my lifetime craftsmanship guarantee.

Ongoing care & support

My care doesn’t end when your jewellery arrives.

If you ever have a question, need advice, or experience accidental damage, I’m always here to help. Repairs are available where possible, and I’ll always be honest about what can be done.

A gentle note

There’s no right or wrong way to begin.

Whether you have a clear idea or are simply exploring, you’re very welcome to start with a conversation.
